Be healthy and stay fit (for women)

Every woman needs a regular survey of her body. And this every test has its own periodicity. Here we have the following calendar of these things:

Annually
A survey of therapist, gynecologist, dentist and if there are chronic diseases, then a visit to the doctor, which is responsible for them.

Monthly
Couple of days out of town. Give up alcohol and cigarettes at least for 3 days. On the 7th day of the menstrual cycle touch your both breasts starting form the armpit. If there are any changes refer to the therapist.

Weekly
Training with dumbbells. Eat your favorite dish to avoid stress. Sex, sex, sex!!! Orgasm relieves stress, improves blood circulation.

Daily
Go for a walk - 15 minutes. Drink 2 liters of water. Eat raw vegetables and fruits. Get rid of the lack of sleep. Laughter saves not only life, but also your love. Men are very fond of high-spirited women.

The benefits of walking: everyone needs to walk. 6000 steps will help you to burn 450 kilocalories a day. ;)
