Kissing!!!

Why do people kiss? Everywhere, in a romantic situation, people feel an unconscious need to kiss. If you understand this, you will receive more kisses, and more pleasure. People see actors kissing on TV, in film and in advertising, they talk about their friends kissing someone, they see people kissing in the street. As a result, in certain situations, a kiss is perceived as a mandatory component. Therefore, in a romantic situation people feel almost irresistible desire to kiss each other, regardless of whether they want it or not.
Besides, pleasure isn't the only advantage of kisses. Recent researches show that kisses are very useful and even prolong your life.
It is proved that kisses:
- stimulate blood circulation;
- increase the vitality and optimism;
- improve the immune system;
- prevent stress;
- relieves pain;
- serve as a kind of breathing exercises;
- strengthen the tooth enamel;
- slow down the atherosclerotic process;
- smooth the skin, improve its elasticity;
- relieve hiccups (lasting kisses).
Three 20-second kisses create a romantic mood for the whole day. When it happens every day, it even helps a little to reduce the excess weight. Longer kisses are more healthy, especially if they last for a minute or better - three minutes.
So, kiss each other and be healthy!!! ;)

Drinking milk - the best diet

Looking to drop a few pounds? Including enough milk in your reduced-calorie diet could provide the nutritional support you need for healthy, effective weight loss. In fact, emerging research suggests that drinking 3 glasses of milk daily when dieting may promote the loss of body fat while maintaining more muscle.
The calcium and protein in milk may help explain these weight loss benefits. Recent studies indicate that calcium is part of the body's natural system for burning fat, while protein is essential for building and keeping muscle. And milk is the only beverage that naturally provides the unique combination of calcium and protein for healthy, effective weight loss support. In fact, no other single food item provides more calcium than milk. So it's time to add healthy weight loss to the already extensive list of good things that milk can do for your body.
If you're serious about losing weight the healthy way, make sure to exercise, limit your calories and drink at least 3 glasses a day of lowfat or fat-free milk, which have the same amount of calcium, protein and other nutrients as whole milk. ;)

Visiting a doctor

Many people, after speaking to a doctor, stay with the feeling that this conversation was conducted in completely different languages. Such misunderstanding can lead to serious consequences. That's why it is important to be able to clearly specify and briefly describe what's bothering you.
When speaking to a doctor you must give answers to the following questions: under what conditions you've been injured? what part of body is injured? type of pain? intensity of pain? frequency of pain? duration of pain?
What hurts? How you've been injured?
You have health problems? You've got some kind of injury? Previously, the pain was weak, but recently it started seriously disturbing you? You suspect that the pain is related to a certain type of your activity, but you are not sure of that? Do you think the pain is related to your old injuries?
Then try to explain everything to the doctor, and do not try to find the answers by yourself.
Type of pain?
What type of pain do you feel? Sharp, dull, stabbing, cutting, pressing, burning, aching? Maybe it's tingling or numbness?
Some examples of pain:
Sharp pain is usually very short, but when feeling it people cannot move, it's difficult to breathe.
Dull pain starts gradually, at first people usually ignore it. Then the pain becomes more intense, so you will notice it for sure.
A burning pain is often felt when touching your skin.
A tingling pain is like pricking with needles, the bite of an ant or a weak electric shock.
Numbness - a lack of sensitivity of any part of the body, like after Novocaine.
The frequency and duration of pain?
How often do you feel the pain? Is it constant? It hurts you only on weekdays? The pain becomes stronger once a month or once in two years? Does it hampers your sleep? How long bouts of pain last? If you feel pain constantly, so it is chronic. The pain starts in the middle of the day or after it ends? Answers to these questions will help the doctor to find the cause of your pain and the method of getting rid of them. People are often unaware that their pain may be related, for example, to the changes of weather.
A few years ago I had some health problems, and I made a visit to the doctor without waiting. And I don't regret, now I'm healthy already. So, I wish you to be healthy, and if something is bothering you, do not wait, visit your doctor. ;)

10 pairs of things useless without each other

These things are useless without each other:
1. Money without job - people cannot appreciate the money which they did not earn themselves.
2. Loyalty without trust - loyalty disappears as soon as the trust does.
3. Understanding without education - man will never fully understand what he doesn't know.
4. Wisdom without experience - true wisdom is the product of great experience.
5. Power without borders - unlimited power leads to greed and corruption.
6. Business without honesty - dishonest businessmen sooner or later go to prison ...if they are lucky.
7. Success without sacrifice - success will not find you, you must to find it.
8. Politics without justification - the politics becomes a tyranny without justification.
9. Happiness without peace of mind - a man is at peace only when everything is all right, and this is already a happiness.
10. Beginning without end - a great beginning usually comes from the end, which came from another beginning. ;)

4 Principles of Success
We must learn how to achieve our goals from successful people. The following principles have become part of their life and their credo.
So, let us see:
1. Believe in yourself. Start your success diary.
If you keep a diary during 6 months, writing every day about 5 things for which you can praise yourself, you will increase your self-esteem, you will believe in yourself, no matter what you do. And because of this you will gain more success in all your actions.
2. Transform your thinking, change it!
To do this, read two or three books on success, self-development and self-improvement, those books will open up new horizons before you, will make you dream and achieve more.
3. Surround yourself with right people!
Right people are those who believe in you, support you, help you get up when you fall. In order to achieve success, you must plunge into the environment of successful people, surround yourself with successful people, listen to their advice and be guided by their stories. I do not mean to avoid speaking with other people, simply ignore a non-constructive criticism.
4. Small victories - a guaranty of great victories!
Big victories are made up of small, but in order to achieve them we need to work, being gradually closer to the desired effect. We sometimes fail to notice small victories, we usually pay attention only to our failures, and small victories are like a flash, so hold them in your memory, enjoy them, put them down in your diary of success!
And what are your principles of success? Feel free to share your thoughts here.

Our job and self-development
Every day we spend nearly 8 hours working. Sometimes we even work at home and at weekends. In such a situation there is no time for self-development and we simply exist, but not live. In fact, no matter what job we have, we can always find time for self-development.
Each person has several ways for self-realization...
The first is to move up the career ladder at work, to do everything to receive a promotion. There is also the second way - self-development at home, i.e. coming home and living only for yourself and for your family. There is the third - you enjoy your job, you like the place where you work, you like people you work with, in most cases it happens when you work for yourself, and even better, when people work for you.
As for me, I've chosen the third way combined with the second: I like working for myself and I love my family.
But, no matter what job you have, self-development always takes time, needs more or less quiet work, and needs you thinking: "A new day has come! I will learn many new things at work; I want to work; if I do not know anything, I will learn it; my bosses are interested in my development, and I am interested in the company prosperity."
If it not so, and you have oppressive thoughts every day - look for another job... ;)
