Sexual woman

Are you sexy? Or, at least do you feel that way? If not, your self-esteem leaves much to be desired, as anyone can feel their sexuality, and because of it increase their self-esteem.

Several tips that will help you to feel your sexuality

1. Fitness.
A crazy rhythm of life and a constant looking for an ideal isn’t so sexy, but fitness is a serious and proven aphrodisiac.

The ability to control your stress, a big quantity of the “happiness hormones” endorphins and a wonderful sense of your own body – that’s undeniable “pluses” of fitness, you should also add your good mood. All these are the terms of your sexuality.

2. Flirt
Long-term and serious relationship often leads to the fact that you forget not only about the attractiveness of your partner, but also about your own!

Try to make some changes. Flirt with your partner and this will make them feel good and you will increase your self-esteem a bit. If you don’t have a constant partner you can flirt with other, but remember about the limits (it’s you who set these limits).

3. Sexy underwear.
This tip is not only for women. Men should also pay attention to what they wear, especially if they have a constant partner.

Try to put on some nice clothes but before choose some sexy lingerie. I assure you, your mood will increase immediately.

4. Create your mood.
Find some spare minutes for yourself. You can spend some time in a bath or in a shower listening to a nice music, or watching some inspirational movie. All this will make you feel sexy, and it doesn’t depend on what’s going on at home, what your children or husband/wife are doing.

5. Don’t be afraid of changes.
You can’t feel your sexuality if you do not pay attention to yourself, to your appearance. You need to change your attitude. If necessary, you should completely change your image. And don’t be afraid of it, you will like the result.

6. Do things you like.
Sexuality is not only nice clothes or your appearance, it’s also the feeling of happiness, openness and confidence.

In general… Life illuminated by a passionate desire for a goal is so sexy!
