Sea relaxation

Today I continue the series of posts called 20 Things to do in our Life. Let’s refer to traveling. Have you ever had a sea or a mountain travel in your life? Perhaps, many of us have had, but if not, I highly recommend you to do it.

Sea. Why having a sea vacations is so useful? Millions of people choose a seaside when deciding where to spend their vacations. And they are right. A sea is not only a rest, it’s also a health. A sea climate and a water positively influence our body. Very important is a sea water. It’s chemical structure has a very good effect on our health. It includes magnesium, iodine, potassium, calcium, bromine etc.

It is believed that swimming in the sea cleanses pores, eliminates toxins, the whole body is cleared. You may say that it is possible to take a bath with a sea water instead of going to the seaside, and you’ll be right. But a sea travel is better than a bath. Because of swimming which is also very useful. Or if you can’t swim you can simply stay in the water and waves will make you a massage and this isn’t worse.

Besides, staying at the seaside will help you to burn calories.

If you have any respiratory problems, the sea air will help you a lot.

Don’t waste time, use your chance and have a sea travel. I recommend you to have it from time to time, not just once in your life.

Mountains. Having a rest in mountains doesn’t mean that you have to go to Tibet or Himalayas. Here’s the very fact important.

We are used to think that going on a mountain trip is only good in winter. But, it’s not true. You can spend a nice time there both in summer and in winter. Mountains attract us with everything: its peaks, tall pines, noisy rivers, lakes and air full of ozone and the scent of pine needles. Tempting, isn’t it?

Mountain travel helps a lot to cope with different respiratory problems.

Especially it’s important to have a mountain trip on foot. It’s difficult but very healthy. The main reasons to go on a mountain trip are:

- to strengthen your cardiovascular system;
- to significantly increase the number of red blood cells;
- to train your respiratory system: the mountain air is especially useful for those who often suffer from colds and bronchitis.

Here’s what I want to recommend you (the same as with a sea travel): do it regularly. If it’s possible, try to combine these types of vacations, and they will improve your health and make you happier.
