Prepare yourself for success
If everything is OK and you have already achieved some goals in your business you need to be ready for the changes. If you develop your hobby into a huge business it may be too big for one person and you’ll have to hire other people; besides you’ll see many new problems on your way to success.

Hey Roman: I think you make some really good points in this post. I really do think it is important that we find a way to do things we are passionate about and often times those things in the beginning are just hobbies. However, if we can transition hobbies into careers and something we get to continually pour our passion into, I think everything changes for the better. Great post and great points.
My hobby was fishing and extreme sports. I think I could not reach success with these sports. I would still like to open a fish farm … seems interesting.
