Today I read an article about modesty, belief and OPTIMISM as very important features of a successful career.

I won’t write about modesty, because it’s another topic.

I will say a few good words about belief:

You don’t need to see in order to believe, you must believe in order to see.

And concerning optimism: Optimism – it’s not just the hope for better future. Optimism – it’s when you see a person’s action you assume only good motivation. For instance:

* Your colleague is passing by you, without noticing you. Would you think that he’s just thinking about something or that he’s angry with you?

If you assume only good motivation, you will probably achieve success in you career, even if you are wrong. The reason is that positive people are better perceived in society. They gain more success in their work.

And, I must say, it’s really true. As in my job I work with people, it’s better for me to cooperate with those, who are more optimistic and not so closed for everyone.
