
How to lose weight in a healthy way?
Let’s find out… Being on a diet is very difficult, because you must forget about your favorite food and besides you see that others eat normally and you can’t do that. All this can be difficult not only physically but also psychologically.
You mustn’t reduce the amount of food in order to make the process of weight loss easier and not to let it become a psychological torture. It is better to pay attention to its composition. It is not necessary to change your habits radically and eat, for example, only boiled fish. Try to adjust your usual diet, taking into account the following features:
1. Replace your favorite food with the analogs with low calorific value. For example: creamy yogurt – milk yogurt, milk chocolate – black chocolate, cream for coffee – skimmed milk etc.
2. Limit (up to completely eliminate – if it’s possible) a use of carbohydrates, especially sugars. After all, it is carbohydrates, not fats, that are the main source of replenishment of our internal fat reserves. If you can not live without sweet food – replace it with sweeteners, which have very low calorific value.
3. Limit the use of fats of animal origin through partial substitution by fats of plant origin. For example: Butter and lard to a light margarine and olive oil. Though the latter are more energy-dense, but they are easily digested and quickly burned.
4. Create a feeling of satiety with a reduced calorie food, but in significant amounts. For this purpose you can eat different vegetables and not too sweet fruits (better apples).
5. Eat 5-6 times a day in small portions. In this case your stomach is constantly busy with digestion and you won’t feel hungry.
6. Get rid of all spices that you like. All these things will artificially make your appetite stronger.
7. Follow the principle of separate nutrition. For example: Do not eat meat, fish or eggs with pasta, rice or buckwheat; eat them with any vegetables except potatoes.
And the last thing to mention, if you are trying to lose your weight do not forget about regular physical exercises. Without them your efforts will be useless.

But we already know that achieving great health and weight requires self discipline, patience, and perseverance. So, I shouldn't complain.
