I’ve already talked about the benefits of drinking water. Today it’s time to refer to the influence of water on your mood. Is it possible that such thing as water that is almost everywhere can do it with us? The answer is obvious – YES! Water is a strange thing. It’s unlike any other fluid on Earth. We use it all the time and do not notice its influence on our body and mind.
But why it is so? The trick is that when you are in water, the body is partially released from the gravity, and therefore reduces tension in muscles and joints. But it’s not the only benefit. Water procedures also reduced the level of adrenaline and cortisol. It cleanses pores, and because of it harmful toxins are removed. Therefore, taking bath is a great SPA-procedure.
Imagine such a situation… you are having a bad day, perhaps troubles at work or something has happened to your car or your are arguing with your family. The best way to release you from these bad thoughts would be to take a nice bath or a shower. This will help you to stay alone and to relax.
Another example… you are having a hard year, too many problems you had to solve, to many tasks are still waiting for you. Then it’s time for you to go on a vacation. The best place will be a sea or a lake where you can contact with water and make your body and mind relax.
So, if you are having a bad mood, you are too stressed or even depressed, don’t forget about water. It can be the healthiest and the easiest way to relax.
But remember. Do not stay in water more than 20 minutes. It can dry out your skin.

Hi Roman, there is something therapeutic about water. And you're right, it extends far beyond just drinking it. Bathing in it, sitting in it, playing in it and staring into a vast and deep blue ocean — these are all good things that connect us to the natural healing powers of water.
